About the Role
Associates in Legal Support provides data integrity and review for national law firms. This information is performed and managed in various industry technology platforms for reporting and tracking purposes. Associates also perform Quality Assurance activities on work products and deliverables. In addition, Associates are expected to meet individual performance metrics and defined goals.
• Operate a multi-line telephone system to receive incoming calls and facilitate outgoing calls
• Provide a high level of client care in all activities, demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail at
all times
• Complete assigned process workflow tasks
• Review of workflow reporting and complete system updating
• Research to locate documents and ensure timely processing
• Preparation of basic legal documents relating to the Trustee line of business as assigned
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and legal document deliveries
• Perform other duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must be detail oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little direction and meet tight deadlines
Customer service oriented
Preferred Skills
Experience in residential mortgage lending or real estate marke
Good office computing skills, including MS Office
Familiar with general office processes, including internal and external phone and email communication
